The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) is the premier Hispanic nonprofit and nonpartisan organization in the country dedicated to developing the next generation of Latino leaders. CHCI offers scholarships, trainings, fellowships and internships for both undergraduate and graduate students.
